yeterli olacağı gösterilene kadar hepatit C hastalarında aynı dozlarda ve sü-
relerde DEA ilaçlar ribavirinsiz kullanılmalıdır (4).
Tedaviye başlanacak ideal zaman henüz net bir şekilde belirlenmemiştir.
Bazı araştırmacılar klinik semptomların eşlik ettiği veya etmediği ALT yüksel-
mesinin tedaviye başlamak için en ideal zaman olabileceğini öne sürmekte-
dir (69-72). Bazıları da, hastaların 4 haftada bir yapılacak HCV RNA tayinleri
ile izlenmesi gerektiğini ve sadece 12. haftada HCV RNA pozitif olmayı sürdü-
ren hastaların tedavi edilmesi gerektiğini ileri sürmüşlerdir (73). Günümüzde
belgelenmiş HCV geçişi olmadan, HCV ile temas sonrası profilaktif olarak
antiviral tedavi başlama endikasyonu bulunmamaktadır.
